Ordering, start to finish
Every line in the catalogue follows the same three steps and the same delivery promise. No line has its own set of rules.
Send your photo and details
Upload at checkout along with any notes on outfit, pose or engraving. We check the photo is usable before any work is charged for.
Approve, then it ships
You get a digital proof to sign off. Approved pieces are made, finished, boxed and posted within seven to fourteen days.

Faulty, damaged or not the proof you approved? Email a photo within 30 days and we remake it or refund you, return postage on us.
